At 360TeleHelp, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services, including consultations with General Practitioners (GPs), psychologists, dietitians, and potential integrations with ePharmacy and laboratory research organizations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and related matters for both users (patients, clients) and staff (healthcare professionals, administrative personnel) using 360TeleHelp’s platform.

By booking or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Please read it carefully.

1. General Information

360TeleHelp offers telehealth services which include consultations with healthcare professionals (GPs, psychologists, dietitians), prescriptions via ePharmacy, and diagnostic or research services provided in collaboration with laboratory research organizations. Each service may have specific cancellation and refund terms that apply based on the nature of the service and the partner organization involved.

2. Cancellations by Users (Patients/Clients)

  • Standard Consultation Cancellation: You may cancel an appointment with a healthcare provider (GP, psychologist, dietitian) up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment without prior cancellation, will incur a 100% charge of the consultation fee.
  • Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, no refund will be issued, and you may be required to pay the full consultation fee.
  • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule an appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time without incurring any extra charges. If rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the original consultation fee may apply.

3. Cancellations by 360TeleHelp (Service Provider)

  • Professional Unavailability: In the event that a healthcare provider is unable to attend a scheduled consultation due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, 360TeleHelp will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule the consultation at no additional charge or to receive a full refund for the missed session.
  • Technical Issues: If there are technical issues on our platform that prevent the consultation from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and offer a rescheduled appointment or refund as appropriate.

4. Refunds for Users (Patients/Clients)

Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:

  • Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your appointment in accordance with the terms of this policy, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are generally not provided.
  • Service Incompletion: If a consultation is interrupted or incomplete due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond your control, we will provide a partial refund or offer a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge, based on the situation.
  • ePharmacy and Lab Research Services: Refunds related to medications prescribed through our ePharmacy or lab services (if applicable) will follow the terms outlined by the respective ePharmacy or lab research partner. If you have concerns regarding the medication or test results, please contact the relevant service provider directly for a resolution.

5. Cancellations and Refunds for Staff (Healthcare Providers, Administrators)

  • Staff Availability: If a staff member (e.g., a GP, psychologist, dietitian) is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, they must notify the user and 360TeleHelp administration as soon as possible. If the user chooses to cancel or reschedule, the user will be entitled to a refund or reschedule without incurring additional charges.
  • Staff Cancellations: Healthcare professionals should make every effort to honor scheduled appointments. If cancellation is necessary, the staff member must inform 360TeleHelp and the user in advance. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may affect the provider’s standing within the platform and result in penalties according to the terms of their professional agreement with 360TeleHelp.

6. Payment Disputes

  • If you raise a payment dispute through your bank or payment processor for any amount charged by 360TeleHelp, we may suspend your access to the platform while the dispute is being resolved.
  • If the dispute is resolved in our favor, the user may be liable for additional charges related to the dispute resolution process.

7. Special Circumstances

  • Emergency Situations: If an emergency arises (e.g., medical emergency), please inform us immediately, and we will try to accommodate your situation. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Unforeseen External Factors: In cases where natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen external factors affect our ability to provide services, 360TeleHelp will offer rescheduling options, or full or partial refunds will be issued based on the situation.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel an appointment or request a refund, you can contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Online Portal: Log into your 360TeleHelp account and follow the instructions under the “Appointments” or “Services” section to cancel or reschedule.
  • Email: Send an email to 360telehelp.com with your cancellation request and details of the consultation.
  • Inquiry: Use the inquiry form on the website or call on the +917046278798 to request assistance with your cancellation or refund.

Please note that refund processing may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your payment method.

9. Changes to the Refund and Cancellation Policy

360TeleHelp reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
