Code of Ethics Policy


1. Professional Conduct

All practitioners, employees, and affiliates of 360telehelp must adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all dealings with patients, colleagues, and regulatory bodies.

2. Confidentiality

All patient information must be kept strictly confidential, in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of patient data will result in disciplinary action, including termination and legal consequences.

3. No Solicitation or Stealing of Clients

Practitioners and employees are prohibited from soliciting clients for personal gain or transferring clients to
external services without authorization. Any breach of this policy or illegal activities may result in immediate license revocation and legal action which might result in loss of licence and legal consequences including imprisonment due to fraudulent practice. Any such activities must be reported directly to HR.

4. Reporting Unethical Practices

 Employees and practitioners must report any unethical practices, fraud, or misconduct to the designated ethics committee or regulatory body. Failure to report known unethical behaviour may lead to disciplinary action.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All services provided must comply with local and national laws governing telehealth, medical practice, and
pharmaceutical sales. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. Professional Boundaries

 Practitioners must maintain professional boundaries with patients and avoid any form of favouritism, discrimination, or conflicts of interest.

7. Consequences of Ethical Violations

 Violations of this code may lead to penalties, including suspension, termination, reporting to professional licensing
boards, and legal proceedings.
