3. Staff Responsibilities
As a staff member (healthcare provider, administrator, etc.) using 360TeleHelp’s platform, you agree to:
- Provide professional services within the scope of your qualifications, adhering to all relevant ethical guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure patient confidentiality by following best practices for data security, including compliance with data protection laws (such as GDPR, HIPAA).
- Abide by all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements related to your profession, including any necessary continuing education or certifications.
- Not engage in any activity that could potentially harm the reputation or operation of 360TeleHelp.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
