1. Safe Work Environment

All employees, including remote workers, must ensure their work environment is safe, ergonomically sound, and free from hazards. Environment must apply professional setting, including quite space, lack of external noises, and client-oriented practice.

2. Psychological Well-Being

Mental health support services are available to practitioners dealing with high-stress cases. Burnout prevention strategies must be followed

3. Infection Control & Hygiene

In cases where in-person interaction occurs, proper infection control protocols must be observed, including hand hygiene and the use of PPE when necessary

4. Emergency Procedures

Employees must be familiar with emergency response procedures and cybersecurity best practices for handling telehealth emergencies.
